RichFLV can be used to convert FLV files into SWF format, or extract their audio into MP3 files. It can also be used to read the metadata of FLV files. The program is still in alpha release, and will have some limitations and bugs. All FLVs will be saved with a framerate of 25fps, irrespective of the input.
